Paint Spot Sale to Dulux: Where to buy Haymes Paint

On the 19th of November we received notice of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) officially approving the purchase of the Paint Spot Stores by DuluxGroup, who were recently acquired by Nippon Paint Holdings Co., Ltd. a Japanese paint and paint products manufacturing company.

We congratulate the Paint Spot store owners on the sale and thank them for working so closely with our business over many years.

From tomorrow, Thursday 21st November, you will be unable to purchase your Haymes Paint from Paint Spot stores as they transition into Dulux owned stores. We now have over 20 stores in the greater Melbourne area, including six brand new Haymes Paint Shops in Hoppers Crossing, Sunshine, Craigieburn, Preston, Moorabbin and Mornington. You can continue to access your Haymes paint easily and with the level of service and support you've grown to expect.
